Okay, after hours of trying to translate it and after some verdicts from some friends I know who really understand Japanese here's a quick translation

It could mean it's the last movie in the 1st part of Naruto
ie. last movie to focus on pre skip stuff

Also, the rumored episode 197 title, Kakashi's Birthday seems to be given more hope of being truthful as that episode is scheduled to air august 9 which is the first episode after this rumored finale to part 1.

August 5th is when the movie comes out, and lots of people think that the anime episode that airs on August 9th will be the end of the fillers, since it's right after the new movie. Well, that and the rumored episode title, but we still don't know if it's real or not. But what I mean by this is that the august 5th date of the movie gives more credibility for the august 9th episode to be gaiden.

Finally a reliable proof that could cast away 13 months of excruciating pain!

Maybe in the anime they'll say it's his birthday instead of the day he got promoted to Jounin. Or maybe, its Naruto commenting on his eye being a birthday present, and then Kakashi telling him about how he got it... Enter Kakashi Gaiden?

Okay, the fillers will end soon. Probably, Kakashi Gaiden is at the end of this season (the next season starts with episode 204) or at the beginning of the following season. Here's why:

In other words, the end of the fillers. And, of course, episode 204 is exactly when Naruto Movie 3 will be pulled from the cinema's. So, all in all, we can conclude this:

Episode 204 will NOT be filler!!

And I can back this up.

Well they love the fillers in Japan, apparently. But I think they will enjoy Naruto 2 even more, so let us hope, let us hope.

That's why we're lucky people in Japan still like it. And, luckily, there's ones like me, who tell people off for hating the fillers, as well. Online support always helps. Or, so I like to pretend.

lol, it doesnt make sense to me, i think that as soon as the numbers start to drop they will start naruto 2. cuz they will milk it as much as possible

It is possible, but people in Japan may still think the fillers will come back and be as crappy as they are, so you never know, and even if they did start 'em again, people may not return to watch them.

And, if it does turn out like a Kenshin, than that means that they can never move forward, as the fillers just overtake it all.

I know neither will happen but it is possible.

Cruds, I love Naruto fillers. But there are some that are kinda stupid.

i like naruto filllers, but they dont stop me from wanting the story to progress, and o yea some are really really stupid, like the one w/ that chubby guy or w/e, the only good part about that was when naruto turned into ino, made giggle : )

I don't exactly "hate" fillers, though sometimes I have to admit that it just becomes annoying after a while. But I just hope that they wouldn't decide to bring out Naruto 2 around episode 300 or crap like that, since waiting a few weeks for 200+ would be fine.

I gave up on the fillers about 2 months ago. One of those really lame 1 episode ones just made me quit watching it. I will continue to watch after the fillers are over and the story continues.

I think that with the dubbed they should not even show the fillers just show part 2 because it will be better.
