I Totally get how people love the show so much that they are willing to sport the naruto ninja "gear" but i mean it has gotten so outta hand at my school that so many people are wearing them and they all seem to be dirtball grunge people...i mean i absolutly love anime and naruto and etc, but im not like trying to be acting like im a ninja from the village hidden in the leaves...
i just think that its just another way to get our money and totally make people look like retards in the process.
I really dont want to offend the people on here w/ this but i mean common, this is kinda sad...
because the people wearing them probably dont know one thing about martial arts, being a ninja, the true artforms...not saying i do...
but i mean really, these people are walking around school w/ these things on...its so dumb, YOUR NOT A NINJA, ENJOY THE SHOW BUT DONT BE A WANNABE NARUTO or whoever else.

Walking around school seems a bit extreme with those, but still....If it's what they do, it's what they do. People go to Anime Cons, and do the same thing. Can't yell at them for trying to act a fool, or trying to be cool and be social with what everyone likes.

There are some people at my school that didn't even no about Naruto until it came on CN. So some don't even know the first thing about Naruto. I go to a school with only 700 people in 12 grades and I know everyone. Only 6 people including me actually watch Naruto when it comes straight from Japan. there are 4 people that have sport those retarded headbands, and not one of them is the persons the download it.

I wear jerseys all over the place. Doesn't mean I'm going to go play basketball, or any sport for that matter. Whatever feels comfortable.

And, you know, not everyone can just jump online and be like: "F the Cartoon Network, dubbed P.O.S., because I have 30000000000 GBs of Memory, with a 400000000000 kbs/second dowload accerlerator, so I can jsut get the subbed versions cause I'm better than them."

Not everyone knows where even half of these shows come from. You ask one of those people if they know where Naruto comes from, they'll most likely be like: "Uh, cartoon studios?"

Just because you download them online, and think the subbed is better, doesn't make you better than those who don't have that privelage to, or don't know how to go about doing it.

I like the subbed but I don't go around bashing those who like the dubbed and don't know half the **** that's going on, like the manga/Part II, and the fillers.

Let them wear what they want, when they want, and what they feel comfortable in. I don't cry that cowboys wear cowboy hats. It's just what they do, and what they believe, and feel most comfortable in.

ok, I am completely updated with the series, at the most current manga chapter, even watched the dubb on cartoon network, also I have studied martial arts, know about fighting from living in a trailer park, I am able to easily beat up my black belt friend and...I own a headband

The whole cowboy-reference, is in fact a way of debate. Especially my style of debate. I use references to further my point. I make comparisions. It is one of the more simplistic ways of debating, and many use it, especially me.

BTW, if you are going to make fun of kids running around yelling, "I'm a ninja," then you must also make fun of some of those who spent their lives learning ninjutsu, as when they were young, they saw a black clad fellow sneaking up to attack unsuspecting persons, and they looked at this movie/painting and said: "I'm gonna be a ninja!"

And, you must understand, most kids in this entire world, especially in the US, look at ninjas, samurais, and many aspects of Asian culture, and go: "I wish I could learn more about that" or even "I want to be liek that", and so they do.

Just like how people from Asia look at American Cowboys and go. "Those guys were pretty cool."
