The front page of one of the newer manga issue's they show most of his face... only his mouth is covered. So far that's the most you can see of his face...

Okay well I have a theory on his face. First lets think: His father was known as "The White Fang", what does that tell you? He also summons dogs, hmmmm hmmm, they have fangs. Maybe he can transfer into a dog or maybe maybe he is just like Naruto with the monster inside him, I mean there are 9 and only two or three are known to be somewhere. Hmmmm, maybe. Just think.

His eyes weird enough, his mouth has gotta be waaay out there or im'a be dissapointed.

sycomonkey is saying what kakashi said at the end of the see what kakashi looks like w/out his mask filler. hilarious, if theres a time to show his face im pretty sure itll be at the end of the of the gaiden thing where he gets his shar or after the anime has progressed quite a bit and hes in an all or nothing fight and his mask gets ripped off. and the title of that episode will be Kakashi: Unmasked/ Kakashi's true face : )

i doubt that, thats his face, that face does not suit him cause he never shows any hint that he smiles...

It really doesnt matter what is behind kakashi's mask, becuase the manga and the anime keep it a secret just so you can keep watching or reading the series to find out, it is just a simple ploy to get viewers or readers
