You take the url of an image and use it like seen below. And if you don't have a good place to host your images, I suggest ImageShack.
ex:[url*]http://website/file.jpg[/url*]
Just take away the astricks(*) and it should work.

is it your image or any pictures...
if your picture, you just need to scan it or take it with digital camera and then upload it....
yup, i agree with beastly... imageshack.us is a good one to host your pic...
then just make a link like you had done with your sig..... i think that's all (it's like what beastly had showed)

In general you can just search google for an image hosting website. I.e. free image hosting. Type something like that in google and you should be golden
