This shoud be a stupid question, but i dont wanna steal sombody's made pictures so does sombody know how i can make a picture of my anime episode?

Yes it does. You have to be using Windows Media Player. Then, go to Tool>Options. Then go to Performance and make sure your Video Acceleration is set to 'none'. Now, when you watch an anime episode, all you have to do is press 'PrintScreenSysRq+Ctrl+C'. Afterwards, just paste it into a program like Photoshop or something.
