Power: tattoos on their chests that the more they fight the more the tattoo spreads and the more powerful they get untill

info: This clans power is based solely on feet and arms. The user creates a massive build up of charkra in his feet and arms and then exerts it as pure energy. The invisible force tracks down an opponent (you decide where it hits)
and then attaches it to the opponents arms and legs. This prevents them from using any jutsus for 10 min and DRAMATICALLY slows them down. Then the energy is then soaked in to the body or target and lungs are filled with water so they cant breathe

Ocular Name: Kentaiegan

Abilities:Normal state allows the user to read any of the opponents thoughts(past and present. Advanced State Transports Physical bodies of the fighters to a unique dimension where normal genjutsu is usless. This special dimension allows the unique genjutsu casted to becom a reality. All Taijutsu and Ninjutsu abilities are doubled for both fighters. Genjutsu Reflections and Breaks are useless. Meeting the users eyes in the advanced state can cause the opponent to see powerful illusions that cause even the most disciplined shinobi to go insane. Has the ability to copy only fire and water type jutsu. All the clan members are allowed to summon the four tailed biju. Physical stamina is significantly greater than the uchiha therefore the kentaiegan is always active. The physical characteristics of the Raikino to withstand physical blows from even the nine tailed fox.
Able to use gentle fist technique as a second nature.

Three Special jutsu: 1st allows Raikino to copy any of the sharingan at the risk of losing most of their stamina
2nd causes the skin of the user to be indestructable. 3rd causes one to three selected senses to break down completely.

Disadvantages: Only Sharingan users abilities are amplified in the dimension. Longer time in the dimension causes all ocular techniques to lose eyesight in a slow excrushating painful manner no matter the stage. Copying techniques in the dimension causes the unique abilities of the sharingan rinnengan and kentaiegan to reverse forever. Wind and earth techniques are greatly reduced in power. Mangekyou Sharingans abilities work better in the dimension. Kakashi's mangekyou sharingan sends the teleported to the dimension under the total control of either kakashi or any of the harumakino.

INFO(bloodline): actuelly it is a sharingan with special effectes, after sasuke and madara died there were no uchiha's. but a kid was born with the power of the sharingan, but a diffrent type. when he was older he started a clan the 'Raikemi' clan.
