First he killed a hollow with his touch not suprising then he riped Ti Guran Hurinmaru (LIL SHIROS BANKAI up and slashed toshiros shoulder.Then he grabed[size="7"][/size] zabimaru with his hand and cut it in half. SCARY HUH?

We all know that Aizen can hypnotize with his Shikai,
