Personality: Tsunade is a tough woman who LOVES to gamble. She is addicted to gambling and probably always will be. She is kind and considerate when it is asked of her, but outside of that she pretty much does and acts however she pleases. Tsunade is also not very proud of the fact that she is fifty. Therefore she uses some kind of technique to hide her real age and make herself look young again. Tsunade has earned herself the nickname ‘The Legendary Sucker‘, for although she loves to gamble, luck is never with her.

Love Interest: When Tsunade was young she fell in love with a man named Dan. He was a ninja in Konoha and had a dream to become Hokage, the same dream that her little brother had before he died. Tsunade and Dan were madly in love, true love if you will. However, Dan was killed tragically, during the Ninja wars. Tsunade stayed by his side the entire time screaming and trying to save him. But all of her efforts ended up being in vain. She eventually lost the only man she had ever loved.

Misc. Info: Tsunade is the Granddaughter of the First Hokage, and is also a Legendary Sennin. One of three ninjas who was taught by the third hokage, Sarutobi, himself. She is extremely strong, and is the best in medicine and healing techniques. Like Jiraiya and Orichomaru she can use a summoning technique. Her specialty is being able to summon slugs. She also has two sidekicks, Shizune, a young woman being trained in medicine, and Tonton, the loveable little pig. Although Tsunade is a master of medicine, she also has, or at least use to have one serious flaw. She was terrified of blood. One can only guess this is because of her past experiences. Seeing her brother dead on the floor, and having her love die in her arms, does something to a girl. At one point, Tsunade had pretty much given up hope of doing anything with her life other then gambling. Until of course, she met Uzameki Naruto.

The Deal with her: Quoted by Shikamaru's father to be the strongest and most beautiful of women, Tsunade is the 5th Hokage of the Village of the Leaf. The Godaime title was originally offered to Jiraiya, who turned it down and brought Naruto to hunt down Tsunade to take up the job. Before they found Tsunade, Orochimaru proposed a trade with Tsunade - to bring her little brother and boyfriend; both who died during the Ninja wars, back to life, if she would heal his arms so he could continue to destroy the Leaf. Tsunade was thus torn between seeing her loved ones again and protecting her village. She seemed to have chosen the former but fortunately for Konoha, Naruto reminded her of her dreams and her brother and boyfriend's dreams. So Tsunade beat the sh*t out of Orochimaru and returned to the Village with Naruto and Jiraiya to be the 5th Hokage.

Besides being the Hokage, Tsunade also has another nickname - The Legendary Sucker, for always losing in gambling. She is also vain as she uses a special technique to conceal her age so she could look young. Whether her titanic assets are part of the technique is still a mystery...(we remember Jiraiya calling her a flat chested b*tch when they were genins...)
