Kinda strange isn't it?????
But is true......if u watch the episodes..(i don't read the manga so i don't know about it)...u can see Rukia-san and other growing......  If that is true, the die when the grow very old.... Another thing is life's time limit: Some of the souls have more than a hundred year!!!!

Lol, it seems as if in the Soul Society that you grow up and live for thousands of years. If I remember right Rukia is more than a hundred years old. (Have to go back and research that in one of the first episodes)
