I particularly bolded that fact since members could do just as you did, and abuse the system, getting uninhibited zeni w/o earning it or getting into NC more.

1000 zenis is enough to help someone get started off, but also to act responsibly.

there, I think this system is fair, and I have made the precautions of it going through me so that it won't be abused.

also, at random chances, you may recieve up to 10 times the ammount prescribed (i.e. 10000 zenis)
