Ok , well everyone is wondering about Kisame a.k.a Shark Face as I like to call him.

Name : Hoshigaki Kisame

Personality / Attitude : He is a mysterious person that earns that name .

Appearance : Height is 6'3 , Weight is 180 lbs.

Family : No known relations.

Weapon : Kisame's main weapon is called the " Samehada " which you know as his sword. It is the size of Momochi Zabuza's sword. Unlike a regular sword Samehada is covered in scales from sharks. Additonally , Samehada absorbs chakra all around it . Which gives him the upper hand . This allows Kisame to literally cut through his enemies charka. The amount of charka he can absorb is unclear. Finally , Samehada is a senitent weapon. It only allows Kisame to wield it. When Gai attempted to hold Samehada agaisnt Kisame , it responded with a flurry of spikes from its hilt and ultimately found its way back to Kisame.

Background/History: Hoshigaki Kisame was introduced alongside Uchiha Itachi, as a fellow member of the dreaded Akatsuki. Not much is currently known about Kisame, other than his past affiliation with Momochi Zabuza in Hidden Mist's Seven Legendary Swordsmen, a group of powerful ninja who utilize large and unique swords. Raiga Kurosuki was also a member.

The amount of chakra Kisame possesses is apparently considered very large, even by Akatsuki's standards. Their leader commented on his amount of chakra; a Kisame body-double at 30% power, made with the leader's Shapeshifting Technique, had as much chakra as Naruto Uzumaki possessed while drawing on Kyubi's chakra when he fought Neji during the Chunin exams, an observation also made by Neji Hyuga when he observed Kisame's body-double with his Byakugan.

Kisame has displayed astonishing speed comparable to that of Might Guy, and incredible physical strength toppled only by the chakra-augmented strength of Tsunade. Like everyone seen from the Kirigakure, Kisame uses water-based jutsu in combination with his powerful physical attacks. He has also demonstrated that he does not need a water source nearby to perform water jutsu, an ability otherwise only demonstrated by the Second Hokage when Orochimaru resurrected him.

He loves to fight, and was eager to fight Asuma, Kurenai, and Gai, but was disappointed when Itachi ordered a retreat. He is fearless, and not afraid to use his Samehada liberally. Truly someone to be cautious of, if not terrified of.


RP sample: Hoshigaki and Itachi were called before the Akatsuki leader. They bowed and waited for him to speak. "Have you located the Uzumaki boy yet?", he asked. Itachi and Hoshigaki exchanged glances and then Hoshigaki said," Yeah we found the Uzumaki brat, but he was with Orochimaru's old comrade, The Legendary Sannin Jiraiya. We couldn't retrieve him." The Leader stared at the two of them and said," Go and find the Nine-tails child and do not return without him. Now get out of my sight." Outside Itachi sighed and said," You should be more respectful." Hoshigaki grinned and said," Shut up and let's go."
