wow whole lota people hate me (woo on haters fc -cept don't create one coz it's against the rules) (hate clubs against members that is.

im posting to show that i am accountable for what i do here and hopeful lessen this swell in anger that seem's to have sprung out of no where at me, so feel free to blast back at me i'l continue replying with explanations to reasonable questions about my modding, most of you won't even hurt my feelings as i know that words can't shout or hold serrious alergations about my person.

first off the comments about pip (pp) she's left yes but i got to know her and feel you should know her side befor you young'uns fire off judgments, she was here a long time (like 5 years) and gave a lot to the community so all the complaints about thanking inacctive (or semmingly inactive mods) should be disregarded its natural she'd say bye to people she knew even if there not around all the time anymore would you leave some one who moved ut of your christmas card list?

as for pip and mouri its no secret that they didn't like eachother pip found mouri's mistakes annoying (even tho they where just new mod mistakes fuled by passion and wanting to get things right which every mod experiances) mouri didnt particularly like pip as she was bringing her up on the mistakes, understandably. what pip did in her goodbye was probably unwise but it wasn't mollicious she didnt actually say anything bad about mouri as i remember it, it was more the equivelent of 'meh' which is kinda harsh in real life but i think and hope mouri didnt take it to hard as im sure it wasnt ment that way.

as for me k where to start ? wrong section modding yes unbelivably i do make misstakes i miss read things from time to time when im tired, im sorry deal with it.

the request thing, finnaly im acctually glad this has come up this whole thing is based around a basic missunderstanding by graphic request or what ever i said i didnt mean the section i ment someone's topic where they where offering to do work for people, it kinda blew up befor things got explained and never got sorted out. the reason i asked the user to stop posting in their own request was because pretty much all of it was bumpping via tripple post's as i remember.

as for spelling and grammer spelling is mainly down to the dyslexia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyslexia) my dyslexia is mild so it dosn't effect my reading much anymore or my grammer (i actually have a knack for grammer somehow) how ever without good level's of consentration (say probably something simmilar to you being really into a video game or something?) my spelling slides, phoneticaly unique words are easy as i spell everything in my head but word which are spelt differently from who they sound or homophones are more prone to error.

as for grammer well i dont include it in typing correctly because i very rarely type formaly and thus grammer isn't in my typing patterens. i can add it while reading to what i type and while i know this isnt a excuse it does kinda make harder to spot when ive missed it.

as for kitty's post's there the only thing she/he has posted in a while and they got the topic closed by starting a flamewar, mabye i shouldn't have warned him/her in a member frame of mind but she/he annoyed me for the rest of my comment on that just pretty much put what zeriah said.

ohh and there was the comment about spam filtering forum games as far as i can remember thats usually for multipul posting or unnacceptable/off topic content.

ps rang we don't hate you (well i dont) i think your one of the nicer people on this site, sure your occasional un pc veiws are worring and you tendancy to spam needs checking every now and then but your alright (err that might have sounded a tad sarcastic but its not serriously i mean i do like you... im gunna stop now lol)

mods are the police of this site, so sure they have to be in a different class than members and lean more to the rules; of course they seem boring to you.

I dont have any problems with the MOD's here because most of them follow the rules. But what im suggesting is that the MOD's are lacking it in patrolling in this site and warn members about unwanted/useless posts that members post. (Not naming names). I have seen countless topics filtered with off topic conversations, 1 word posts, and posts that does not hold any special importance to the topic. I think the MOD's should be a little bit harsher on those who practice what i listed above. It really is annoying seeing topics more than 5 pages because of the things listed above. I call it SPAM. I know it really does contribute to the forum but i think it all goes back to childish SPAMS. Im not really bashing others on this because i also do my little part of spamming.

I do not consider myself young, although I don't consider myself old either (I'm 19). If however, you were referring to how long we've been here. You couldn't call me a young'un, sure compared to PiperPotter I may be. I'm 2 months short of being here for 2 years. But compared to your activity. I seem to have a month over you. Generally, it doesn't matter how long you've been on a site or forum. Sure, it affects how well known you are. Christmas Cards do not really fit in here. She was thanking them for doing a good job and telling them to keep up the good work....... inactive mods should keep up the good work? XD Yeah...

And if it wasn't malicious, there would have been no need to say it. And if I recall correctly, PiperPotter pretty much said Mouri was a bad mod. And proceeded to say that after she left, Mouri would be happy to get her claws on NC. This implies that Mouri is power hungry, that and claws generally relate to someone or something that is bad. I deem that a little more than a "meh" don't you?

I'm sorry what? Deal with it? If it happens again, tell that to the guy you ban. If you're tired. Don't mod. Get some sleep and come back to it.

I'm seeing things. *Rubs eyes* ...nope still there. Telling her to go to the graphics request section. She was already in it. And in a request topic. Unless the topic is like the GGG. The request is then aimed at a single person. The reason why people open up separate topics, is so that anyone can pick them up. I.e if posted in Matt's Request Gallery. It would be Matt to come up with the sig/avi/whatever. If posted in it's own topic, anyone can go in and look.

Spelling and grammar, like I said it's a personal gripe. Don't worry too much about it, it just makes things take a little longer to read depending on the words used. As a note, spell check should make things MUCH easier for you.

As for Kitty. Sure, he may not have the best way of going and doing things. But he means well.

And Matt. Just spotted your post. Take a member recount. There's over 200k members. Just because you don't see someone post, doesn't mean they are any less than you. With what you said, you are treating them as though they can't have a say just because you haven't seen them post.

And Ui being absent, well, yeah. Every mod has an outside life. They have to balance that with NC life. Sometimes that can't be done. And something has got to give.

Many of the mods ignore some of the rules. The main example I have for this, is Pwnage's sig.

Oh, and Archie and his made up rules. I have 20% warn that needs to be removed because I apparently broke rules by pming him. Archie. Read the rules once, then read them again, and then continue to read them until they are committed to your memory.

Okay seriously mods look at Pwnage's sig. I've read the rules believe it of not and I think it says somewhere that you shouldn't talk about sex and what not because of some younger members. This just proves how all you mods are......let me stop right there.

It seems like some mod are meaner to some people based on how they feel about the person. Like let's say VK and Sarah say something close and then Ui comes in and warns Sarah and not VK because her and VK are buddies and Ui doesnt like Sarah. I've seen it happen (dont ask when its not my place to bring up specific people. thats just mean) but not with those people and there isnt much anyone can say if they arent a mod cause if the mod doesnt like youthen you're gonna get warned too. All i'm saying is the some mods are bias on their warns/bans that they are giving out and should just take the time to step back and pretend to put one of their good friends in this other persons position, what would you do then? it should be the same thing you are about to do to this person.

you missed triva's doubble post and who removed kitty's warrning they where legitimate unless the rules suddenly dont apply at all to pm's i posted in that request topic then deleted my post as soon as i realised the topic had been closed whil i was reading.

kitty i can only assume went rummiging for my post or something (seen as it was up for all of 10 seconds) and pm me complaining i was hiding behind my mod power, i pm him back stating that this was not the case and explaining what id said he then pm'd me with abuse about spelling calling me a moron and a dissgrace to the english language. i gave him warrning and he continued to do it i was warrning him because he dosn't seem to realise, that calling people names and being generaly rude (even if it was in formal posh language) is abuse!


oh nd danny i said young'uns coz i feel old im only 21 but i really didnt do a lot to look after my body and it aces in ways a person of my age's body really shouldnt from time to time, as for the hater's fc i was kidding about.




finnaly for the last time im going to explain this since no one seems to listen and understand (which i now remember was the reason i gave up explaining the first time)

i was suggesting that the user go to a person and request help as a general plee didnt seem to be working.

its against the rules to bump dead topics because it clutters the forum and its also against the rules to doubble/tripple post in topics because it stretches them out and makes them slower reads. if you don't get this fine you don't have to get it simmply accept that i told a member to stop spamming their own topic and try a new approch.

btw kitty just checked the trash and saw ur post on 'its only the internet' if it just the net why the hell are you so persistant about spelling i mean come on its 'just a forum' not like morals or readability need to be here

And if it persists, another member can alert the mod via pm to clear up the situation.

Alright so, I used to do this a lot when I was a moderator too but now this is just insanely crazy and makes me annoyed like a winch sometimes. When the Moderators actually use stuff like 'u' instead of spelling out the whole word, which is 'you'. I mean, what ARE THEY THINKING?! Seriously, I feel such a noob that I used to do that kind of stuff. Seriously (again), WHAT WAS I THINKING?! Anyways, moderators in my opinion should act a little more professional then the crowd. Some of you guys are, but most of you guys don't even come close to it. But anyways, specifically, I don't know any of them and I love PiperPotter, she was my OLD OLD moderator friend, and Javz is cool so doesn't matter how he spells out stuff. Others, I seriously could not careless but I get annoyed with that stuff sometimes. Damn, I sound like a grammar Nazis, lol. Anyways, you guys are doing a great job and keep up the good work. Don't take my comments seriously, whatsoever, since the annoyance level of mine goes down pretty quickly so I couldn't care less how you guys type stuff. As long as it makes sense but sometimes it doesn't at all. That's all for me.
