A Deeper RP system, Just a thought ^^

Sorry for the vagueness I want a couple of comments and suggestions and I'll elaborate more. I'm still kinda new hear so I'm not sure if this has been suggested, thought about or if anyone knows the layout for an Deeper RP system using the layout of Sub-forums. Since searching for an Naruto RP site on google was how I found this place I have to say I was a little disappointed when I saw the RP was just a topic 14000 replies compare to the extensive RP system I'm used to. What I'm about to suggest, I know won't happen overnight but if it could come to pass I'm sure the site will get bigger in terms of more active members (This will probably require positions for more mods) First the subforums starts off with 2-4 off the main villages, depending on how many we want, that members would study and choose which one to be apart of. They'd be a kage(admin status) of each village to keep order within their forums all the while tyring to out do the other villages. Leaf, Cloud, Mist etc. The kage would have to appiont about 3 Jounin lv(RP) characters to start off RP teams. (Oncoming members start off Genin level and gets sorted accordingly) Later on we'd house chuunin exams, many months later mind you Inside the village forum after the application process there's a lounge for that village only, a village RP section, clans if someone goes through the process, a suggestion topic etc. Before one could RP they'd have to fill out a character template somewhat like No characters from the show, this'll be original RP QUOTE Name: Age: Village Description:(Describe clothing, physical appearances, placement of head band, etc.) Personality:(What kind of person is he/she? Shy, outgoing, keeps to themselves(maybe there's a reason in history), perv, etc.) History:( 2 paragraph minmum, tell what type of past your character has. Did their parents get killed by *** and your out on a mission for power and revenge, were they always pampered, anything your mind can come up with) Jutsu:( Usually Genin would start off with 3 E, 2 D and 1 C jutsu Stats: (Max 55 for a genin or whatever Ninjutsu: Taijutsu: Genjutsu: Speed: Strength: Bloodline control:(optional) Chakra/Stanima: 70/55 (system later) There ofcourse would have to be a Character Mod that'll accept or make comment on what else needs to be added etc. As for the jutsu, there'd be a unversal list rpers could scroll through and decide, list specific to each village, and a list reserved for clan members. Universal example NameCancel Rank C TypeGenjutsu Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user. Leaf village example Name** Shadow clone bunshin no jutsu Rank E TypeGenjutsu Description A jutsu that manipulates the air and light around it creating a duplicate of the user. NameShadow clone kagebunshin no jutsu Rank C TypeNinjutsu Description A forbidden jutsu that creates duplicates of the user that are capable of attacking. Disappear after contact. I won't go on into the developement of the whole system unless anyone wants to back me There's alot more I can add, I'll prolly just create new topics on the individual aspects if anyone likes the idea...
