We have alot of posts in the Anime Download Links area about Bittorrent problems, so this is a short but very useful guide to get your bittorrent work in less than 10 minutes, anyway continue to read and if you have questions...ask.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What is Bittorrent? With BitTorrent, files are broken into smaller fragments, typically a quarter of a megabyte each. As the fragments get distributed to the peers, they can be reassembled on a requesting machine in a random order. Each peer takes advantage of the best connections to the missing pieces while providing an upload connection to the pieces it already has. This scheme has proven particularly adept in trading large files such as videos and software source code. In conventional downloading, high demand leads to bottlenecks as demand surges for bandwidth from the host server. With BitTorrent, high demand can actually speed throughput as more bandwidth and additional “seeds” of the completed file become available to the group. Cohen claims that for very popular files, BitTorrent can support about a thousand times as many downloads as HTTP. Where do I get Bittorrent? You can grab the Official Bittorrent Program over at: www.Bittorrent.com I though, suggest you get Azureus Program, it is a clone of the official Bittorrent Program but much faster, better design and in my opinion much better. You can grab the Azureus Bittorrent Program at: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/azureus...up.exe?download Why does Azureus say I need a Java Client? Assuming you have decided to download Azureus instead of the official Bittorrent Client, then you will need to download Java, it is small and it helps you alot in many ways by enabling faster and less memory usage on your computer. You can grab the Java Client at there official website by going here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's all, if you have questions/comments please post them and everything should be fine, peace. -------------------- * Please [ DONATE ] to NarutoCommunity & Show us your support, thanks in advance.

I have a bittorrent, but for some reason every time it downloads an episode. Once it gets to 1 mb left, it goes back and forth between 1mb and 2mb for hours.
Edit: ok I downloaded java and Azureus. Now what? -------------------- ![]() ![]() Its better to die standing, than to live on your knees. |

Aiight, now after you install Az and the Java, uninstall the old Bittorrent client you used so that Azureus is the Default Download for Bittorrent.
After that, come back to this website or any site that has bittorrent links and click one of them and then the rest is all good. Tell me if works. -------------------- * Please [ DONATE ] to NarutoCommunity & Show us your support, thanks in advance.

Hmm, what exactly isn't working? What happens to your computer when you click the Bittorrent link?
