Hands down the best bad guy in this series was Shishio.

Vicious or Legato were pretty good villains.
Dunno, Shishio was pretty bada$$ but as a villain he doesn't really stand out too much. He doesn't have that dark, brooding nature such as Vicious or the cold, sociopathical nature such as Legato. Enishi was a better villain than Shishio IMO . . . (granted from RK manga not anime) Then of course there's Aizen from Bleach --------------------  The master of past present, and future. Naruto's Zabuza IMO. Because you had to give credit. Which he had a change of heart. He was only evil as Gato was controlling him to do his will.

Sephiroth and Vicious by far. they have it all, brooding natures, incredible fighting skills and charisma. I liked Legato but i think that his power would be better if Knives had it. If
Nightow had given Knives the power of telekinesis/telepathy i seriously think it would have been awesome. Oha nd I can't forget Tetsuo from Akira. |
