Has anyone else seen/wanting to see/ this movie? I first caught wind of it in Placebo's video for 'Black Eye'

It was released in 2001 and is about a 17 year old Punk named Engel and a 15 year old runaway named Joe. After being beating by her mother's lover, Joe, 15 leaves home and meets Engel and his punk friends, having nowhere to stay, Engel allows Joe to stay at an old ramshackled abandoned building he lives in. Together they have a child but without financial support etc and with Engel falling into addiction of drugs and Joe being forced to prostitution, it is a struggle. Their plans of having a community of their own where they grow their own food and raise animals toils as they try to fix things out.
