in my opinion this is the most disapointing movie of this year, no doubt about it... first of all, when i saw the trailer i thought... ok this looks promising, it was written and directed of the creator of the series of all places! i knew that this movie wasn't about some alien conspiracy like the first movie and the main subject of the series... but still i was expecting some paranormal events which didn't have in the movie. then here comes the title x-files - "I WANT TO BELIEVE", Chris Carter (the creator of the series) said that this was like memoir of the poster Mulder has in his office... ok i thought I WANT TO BELIEVE was that Mulder believed the existence of E.T.s, right? IN THIS MOVIE THERE WAS NO E.T.s???????? and then there's more, there's a scene right in the beginning when Mulder and Scully arrive at FBI HQ and they wait outside the office looking at president bush's portrait and then there was the main theme of the x-files, WTF? i would be alot easier if mulder said something funny , for example. And the story, c'mon! a pedophile priest that had visions about the victims, that's too cliché! the only reason people should watch this it is so that the movie raises enough money so that they could make another one... i cannot believe that this movie is the finale but if it is... it is a truly poor one. i give 3- out of 5 'cause i'm a fan of the series. --------------------    "Free Will Is An Illusion!"
