-Fiona Haze:21 years of age.While being one of the very few female fire shinobi,she is also the first and only person to ever beat Rioku in a spar.She shows disrespect towards rioku whenever he's flirting with other girls,and treats Heatzuka as a younger sibling.she is a role model for many other women,and is highly above average when it comes to tai-jutsu.

i made this am not sure bout clan name or specific abilitys yet but there wayaward wind specilist who aren't into fighting they can use wind chakra and clan items from a young age 2 enable them swift flight. other than this and that they are good at using gengitsous 2 escape fights not much else is known *well if im going 2 do this right* there are theroys that they are, due to there nature and montary statur yet apparent welth *wings of gold yet cloths raged and unkept* in with god sort 2 say.

info (bloodline limit): the user marks his target with silver tattoos in his body, mind or soul...he, then, can control his victim in any ways that he wants... in fact, he can kill his victim in an instant, in any way he wants.... ADVANTAGE: the victim doesnt know that he has fallen with it unless the user will tell him...he cant see the tattoos, only those who belong to this clan...

DISADVANTAGE: this jutsu will not take effect if it is used to a person who belongs in this clan... therefore, no other clans or jutsus from other clans can defeat this clan; except, only those other MOONFANG can defeat the other...

clan jutsus:
mercury rising - summons tiny droplets of mercury that will infiltrate into the body of the victim
mercurial flood - floods the area with mercury
silver spikes - spikes pops out from teh ground
ground tattoos - makes a seal in the ground beneath the victim making him paralyzed
mercury flex - the user gains a body with a mercury-properties
steel shaft - the covering/skin of the body becomes steel acting as defense
moonfang slash - uses his sword focusing chakra on the tip and releases to a target slashing into two
lightning flash - moves very fast
silver dust - this creates reflections of the user
silver blind - the victim loses his vision for a while under this jutsu, only silver appears in his eyes
ultimate defense - first line of defense like gaara's sand
merculus - focuses a huge amount of mercury with chakra in his hand and release on a target
mercury bind - creates a net of steel which binds the enemy
ultimate moonfang slash - like the moonfang slash but crushes the victim into pieces
